I am a life coach specializing in career coaching for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals. Since being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is a great strength that adds value to your place of work; I use a strengths-based, action-oriented model to help individuals maximize their career potential. With this system we consistently work on realizing and then utilizing your existing strengths and resources to:
- Create, then prioritize goals
- Identify, then master obstacles and ambivalence
- Establish, then follow through on action-steps and timelines to successfully accomplish all goals
I also offer the unique opportunity to work with a licensed professional who has: 1) coached at one of the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community centers in the world, 2) has performed masters level research on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues in the workplace, and 3) has had over seven years experience in Corporate America.
